iGRO - attract. cultivate. retain.

The Orlando Economic Partnership understands the importance of attracting, cultivating and retaining talent in Central Florida. In 2017, a volunteer committee comprised of members of our Young Professional Advisory Council, launched iGRO, a two-month program designed to retain our business community’s summer interns and new hires through showcasing the other half of Orlando.

Who can participate?

iGRO is designed to build connections and showcase the unique assets our community has to offer. Therefore, an organization’s interns or new hires are the best fit for this program.
 
Orlando Economic Partnership Investor - Complimentary (up to five interns or new hires)
Executive Connection Orlando Regional Chamber Members - Complimentary (one intern or new hire)
Non-Investor/Member - $250 per intern
