iGRO - attract. cultivate. retain.

The Orlando Economic Partnership understands the importance of attracting, cultivating and retaining talent in Central Florida. In 2017, a volunteer committee comprised of members of our Young Professional Advisory Council, launched iGRO, a two-month program designed to retain our business community’s summer interns and new hires through showcasing the other half of Orlando.
The 2018 iGRO program features a new and enhanced focus on talent recruitment and retention research for local employers, while simultaneously improving our marketing and outreach efforts to recruit and engage iGRO participants from all sectors of the Central Florida workforce.

iGRO’s Mission
