Partnership Targets Dealmakers

Getting comprehensive and accurate product information to those that make the decisions and close the deals is the goal of all sales and marketing programs. That goal is no different for economic developers. In our profession, the dealmakers are very often commercial real estate brokers, property owners and developers.

To help reach this important target audience, the Metro Orlando EDC has initiated a partnership with Black’s Guide, the print and online publisher of directories which contain commercial real estate listings on more than 80,000 properties. The most recent addition to this long-standing partnership is an EDC banner ad on Black’s Guide Interactive that touts office space exceeding 64.5 million square feet, among other facts describing the region’s commercial property advantages. Black’s Guide data also powers a searchable listing of available property, which can be accessed via the EDC’s website.

Volunteers Make Mission Possible!
What are Walt Johnson, CEO of Johnson Bros.; Ann Chinoda, CEO of Florida’s Blood Centers; George Livingston, president of NAI Realvest Partners, Inc.; and dozens of other busy, smart and talented Central

Florida business people doing visiting office buildings and industrial parks all over the region? They are collecting feedback from local companies as part of the EDC’s Industry & Investor Outreach Program. The work of these dedicated volunteers is invaluable, as it will help us identify growth needs and key concerns of our business community.

Please join us in thanking the following individuals for their time and commitment. (If you’d like to join their ranks, let us know by contacting nancy.james@orlandoedc.com.)
