Site Specific Incentives
|
|
In an effort to promote growth within blighted areas, federal and
local governments have established programs to award a company with incentives
for locating in an Enterprise Zone, HUB Zone or Brownfield.
The Metro
Orlando EDC endeavors to maintain an inventory of available real estate
in these areas. For a custom report of sites and properties,
please contact Mike
Bobroff, EVP/COO.
Enterprise Zone
Metro Orlando has three Enterprise Zones. Two are located in Orange
County (Orange County EZ and South Apopka EZ) and one in Osceola County.
