Hurricanes
No matter what the weather outside, Orlando is always open for business.
The lights keep shining and business continues as usual even when
Mother Nature throws a few, rare curve balls. When we were affected
by tropical systems in recent years, Orlando’s downtown corridor
and many technological centers never even experienced an interruption
in utility service. And because Orlando’s inland location provides
significant protection, many coastal residents fleeing approaching
storms choose Orlando as their evacuation destination.
