Minority Owned Businesses Thrive in Orlando
There is a reason the Orlando has been named among the nation’s best locations for minority-owned businesses. This young, dynamic community – which is thirty years ahead of the rest of the nation in terms of population diversity – embraces novel ideas, diverse perspectives, and new faces. By 2020, nearly half of the region’s residents will be African-American, Hispanic and Asian-American. And Central Florida is already home to thousands of minority-led companies, including Fortune 500 Darden Restaurants.
