Minority Owned Businesses Thrive
in Orlando There is a reason the Orlando has been
named among the nation’s best locations for minority-owned
businesses. This young, dynamic community – which is thirty
years ahead of the rest of the nation in terms of population
diversity – embraces novel ideas, diverse perspectives, and
new faces. By 2020, nearly half of the region’s residents
will be African-American, Hispanic and Asian-American. And Central
Florida is already home to thousands of minority-led companies,
including Fortune 500 Darden Restaurants.
